What is an Energy Audit?
SeedHaus™ Home Energy Efficiency Audit is used to provide a thorough analysis of your building’s energy efficiency. This energy audit also assesses how much energy your home uses to keep you warm or cold throughout the year. Why is an Energy Audit Report necessary?

Our Energy Audit Process

- The property is then awarded a star rating that is detailed in the Home Energy Audit Report utilising a process known as a ‘deemed to satisfy’ (DTS) solution, which follows the requirements set down by the National Construction Code to implement materials, components, design factors, and construction methods that, if used, are deemed to meet the performance requirements.
Following the completion of the assessment, SeedHaus™ then delivers a comprehensive Home Energy Audit. The report details the property’s star rating, a nationally recognised certificate under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme and a copy of your building plans officially stamped with the energy efficiency star rating.
